Sometimes expecting women themselves insist on being examined, for example, when they apply for a job, want to be enrolled in uniformed services, or try to acquire exculpatory evidence in a criminal procedure. Can a pregnant woman be subjected to a polygraph examination? Every such procedure requires informed consent of the examinee, pregnant women included.
